J.C.P.I. was formed in 2008 to provide serious, scientific research and surveillance for paranormal or other unexplainable phenomena. With ten years experience studying and invesitgating the paranormal,  Our investigators collect data to document and scrutinize any anomalies collected at possible “haunted” locations.  We typically plan 1-2 investigation(s) per month, with occasional meetings to review data and coordinate new investigations.
